The Process

The "Playbook" is a tech-enabled execution management system, customized to maximize collaboration, accountability, and transparency. It tracks projects, action items, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and more to ensure the right people are doing the right things. We created the "Playbook" as a key tenet of JETS because our experience and research shows that most plans fail due to poor execution, mainly due to some combination of poor information flow, lack of decision rights, and poor project management. We don't just talk about how to run meetings, but how to communicate, how to build high-performance teams, how to build trust, and more. |
